I am very pleased with this product. It is easily large enough for hands and feet(mine are size 8). It heats nicely and melts faster than I anticipated, especially after the wax has been melted the first time. I looked at the more expensive ones but can't imagine what could make them any better than this one. The outside doesn't get hot either!Customer Review: Too hot

I need to have a paeaffin bath for arthritis in my hands. This unit melts thr paraffin quickly, just as advertised. However, it's still very hot even after turning to 'keep warm', and letting it sit for 15-20 minutes with the lid off. I had a paraffin bath before and it literally took 8 hours to melt the wax. This one takes about 90 minutes which is much better and you can't beat it for the price. I garden a lot and this makes my hands soft and it feels good on my joints. I would recommend it to anybody. I've been using this paraffin bath for several weeks for a post-surgery hand that continued to be painful. It feels great during each treatment, and I think the prolonged heat is doing some permanent good. I'm amazed at how well this product is built, and it comes at a very good price.
