I took this for a few months, and while I can say I believe it worked and I was able to remember things a lot better, and focus...since I haven't taken them for the last few months, I still seem to retain the same ability. Perhaps a placebo effect? Of course placebo's can sometimes have the same effect as an actual supplement :-)
