I now own 4 sets of 4 of these 15 minute rechargeables. But from what I understand, these batteries will no longer be available throught the local retailers.
They are an excellent choice for your digital devices, last 2 to 3 times longer than regular batteries, and can be recharged in about 15 minutes, using the 15 minute recharger.

These batteries really fully charge in 15 minutes. Although I experienced a two or three minute delay while charging all four batteries together, which is NO big deal at all. These batteries and the charger are up to the standards and what they are said to offer. They last a long time and I have yet to see one of the batteries give up on me. They last especially long on digital cameras compared to other brands. I don't think anyone can beat this battery. It charges quick, it is durable and saves so much money in the long-run. Have been using this battery system for over two years in my Pentax Ist-D digital slr camera. The camera holds 8 batteries at a time and I originally purchased two complete sets. I take alot of pictures and after two years of charging, using and recharging they are finally getting weak. I wouldn't have tried these due to the price, but my wife got some for me, and I was very pleasantly surprised.
They are the best rechargeables I've ever used. They have worked exactly as advertized for over two years now and are still like new. I think they are well worth the cost, for use in electronic devices that go through a lot of batteries, like digital cameras--you will save money in the long run.
Not only do they charge in 15 minutes, but they have a couple of other advantages over two other brands of NI-MH rechargeables I tried:
(a) They can supply power at a significantly faster rate than the 2 other brands, so they are good for high-drain devices. Two examples: I had an early model Olympus digital camera that was a power hog. It worked OK with regular alkalines and with these Ray-o-Vac 15-minute rechargeables. But when using the the other 2 brands of rechargeables (fully charged), it shut down with the "low battery" warning after only a few shots--those brands apparently couldn't supply enough current. Similarly, I rigged up an adaptor to run my old Panasonic mini-DV camcorder with AA batteries--the other two brands, fully-charged, couldn't start the camcorder, but the Ray-o-Vac 15-minute ones worked great!
(b) Also, when not in use, they hold a charge longer than the other 2 brands.
Wal-Mart has apparently stopped carrying them (I suspect people weren't buying them due to the price), so I'm getting some here--I hope they continue to be available in the future!

If you have a very high-drain device, these are great. I have and edirol r1 portable studio recorder, and these batteries will allow it to record for 4 hours straight. With other rechargeables, I'm lucky to get 1.5 hours recording time.
