I recently read a review declaring longer life out of the competitors NiMHs. From personal experience, I can say that is not the case. Quite unintentionally, I purchased batteries with chargers from 3 different companies over the past few years and have had some time to use them on a regular basis in Wii-motes, digital cameras, and portable recorders. The Rayovac AAs last longer per charge, and have a better over all battery life. I suspect the better quality of the charger has something to do with that.Customer Review: Reliable battery at a cheaper price

I primarily tried this battery over other name brand competitors as it is generally $1-2 cheaper per 4 AA batteries. I have used the batteries for about 6 months and found that the AA batteries hold a full charge with each use and recharging. I primarily use the batteries in my portable CD player and wireless video game controllers. I find I generally get about 35-40 hours of play time for my CD player, and about 150 hours of play time for my wireless videogame controller.Customer Review: It does not last long!!!

I recieved Rayovac NM715-8 2000mAh, not Rayovac NM715-8 1800mAh.
Rayovac claims this battery lasts 3X longer than standard alkaline battery, but in fact it does not. Two of this fully charged batteries died after 2.5 hrs when I used them for my Garmin I3 while two of Duracell alkaline batteries gave me almost 6 hrs. I recharged the two batteries over night and tried again, I got the same result. I would not recomment this product to anyone!

these items arrived on time and as described. Rayovac rechargeabe batteries in the AA and AAA sizes have always worked great for me. They keep their first charge even longer than regular batteries so they sometimes outlast them before even needing a recharge. So far I can say nothing but good things about these batteries. They where purchased for my digital camera and work great with it. I am able to charge them overnight and they work for the rest of the week. I can tell you this much the batteries lasted me taking one to two pictures of each float in the Rose Bowl Parade, with the display screen off. Now that's allot of pictures.
