I've been using Rayovac 1-hour rechargeable batteries for several years, and they are still going strong after dozens of charges. I haven't noticed any decline in how long they last, and I haven't had any major discharge issues although I don't typically leave them lying around for too long... at worst though it would be an hour in the charger. For instance, their lifetime in my wireless mouse is still comparable to the new Rayovac hybrid rechargeable batteries, and this includes discharge from use over a couple months (this also is true with my other wireless mouse for the Rayovac AA rechargeable batteries).
Very pleased with both Rayovac AAA and AA rechargeable batteries.
