I received CONDITIONER ONLY at the price of the DUO. They are a scam, the description shows both shampoo, the product weight says 4 lbs (which = around 68oz). The seller must be reporting positive feedback because if you notice ALL POSITIVE FEEDBACK GIVES THEM 5 stars and they all claim to have received BOTH Shampoo and Conditioner! BS!! Then why did I get this reply from the seller when I emailed them that I only got the conditioner???

If you want, we can send the prepaid return label to you and you can send that wrong item back to us. Upon the receipt of the item, we will refund the full amount of your order.
