this is a really great conditioner for people with thick or long hair. especially for people whose hair is hard to brush after getting out of the shower! my hair is curly/wavy and thick, and it tends to look frizzy unless i use this conditioner. my hair is also long and it's hard to brush sometimes... my fix to that problem is putting a quarter sized amount in my hair when it's still damp (after i get out of the shower) and it is easier to brush! and it takes care of the frizz. it doesn't weigh my hair down or anything, but leaving a tiny bit in my hair keeps the fly-aways down...

I tried All Soft shampoo & conditioner when my hair was bleached and coloured too much in a very short span of time. My hair was dry, brittle and very straw-like, and All Soft returned it back to soft, shiny, smooth and manageable in just a few uses. I highly recommend it for anyone with overprocessed and overstressed hair, be it from colouring/bleaching, chemical straightening or just heat-styling damage. I don't recommend it for permed or curly hair, though, since it might weigh the curls down a bit too much, in that case use Fresh Curls shampoo & conditioner with Redken Glass serum.Customer Review: Save your money.

I really had high expectations after reading the positive reviews on this conditioner, but it really didn't work well at all. Not only did it not deep condition my hair, but my hair was almost impossible to comb after getting out of the shower. I will never use this conditioner again. I bought 2 bottles from amazon and am willing to GIVE away the 2nd bottle! Pantene works better than this. Save your money. We used this at a salon for the first time today on my daughter's waist length fine blonde hair and it did a great job. The stylist used very little and she didn't have to comb the conditioner through before she rinsed it out. It really did a nice job on the split ends and fly away hairs. Nice product. You can buy it cheaper online elsewhere.Customer Review: Just OK - don't waste your money

I had high hopes for this conditioner. It smells good and works OK. But it is not worth the extra cost. Pantene ProV conditioners work better than this.
