All right, so these socks are not a serious tool for reflexology. They are intended to be playful and fun more than anything else, and for that they are great. They are toe socks as well, which I think is really cute.
Some other versions, like the Basic Knead Reflexology Sox, give you a broader map and more specific locations, but they don't make as nice a pair of socks. They are also more expensive.
So if you are looking for some fun socks that you can wear as regular socks, and also use to sneak a foot massage from time to time out of your significant other, then these are the pair for you. If you are a serious practitioner of reflexology, then you are probably going to be disappointed.
