So I just tried this product three days ago and my gums are still burning. I have yellow teeth so was excited to give this a try. I used as directed. By the end my gums felt swollen and on fire and by the next day my teeth were hurting. The tooth pain went away in a day but not the gum pain.
In the end it all would have been worth it if I had seen any improvement in my teeth whiteness. I did not. I took "before and after" pictures, checked in mirror, they look the same to me as before.
I give this 2 stars because I guess the product may help some people but from my experience it just caused pain and cost money.

I think some products like this work differently for some people. My teeth did not have coffee or cig stains so I wasnt trying to remove stains. They just are turning yellow as I age. I did see a difference but it wasnt a dramatic difference. More like a slight improvement. I hope to use the 3rd vial of gel to improve the results soon. I was hoping for a bright white smile I see other people have but I guess that might only be optained by a visit to the dentist. I have tried the colgate brush on gel and the crest strips. I would say this is the best results of the 3 products. It might be more about my teeth than the product though.Customer Review: OUCH!

I have tried other products before and this one gets the whitest results the fastest. HOWEVER, I was in so much pain about 5 hours afterwards that it even hurt to swallow Advil. I used Sensodyne and a flouride mouthwash to try to help, but nothing seemed to work. The taste isn't bad and I used the bleach with my own trays that I had made by my dentist, so it didn't leak out or touch my gums. My teeth weren't sensitive while I was using it or even right afterwards, but later in the day. If you have sensitive teeth, I do not recommend this product unless you are willing to go through the pain.Customer Review: BEST WHITENING KIT EVER!

I have used the Crest whitestrips as well as a bunch of other kinds of whitening products that are sub-par and I LOVE this kit. It is not only comfortable but very effective; the results usually show up fully within a couple of days and my teeth are noticeably whiter. It is also super fast, compared to the ones that you have to use daily for a week or so. One thing to note: your teeth will be a little bit sensitive after using them for less than a day (sensitive to hot/cold) and it is a little harsh on the gums. But after a day, the pain goes away and the whiteness lasts for at least a month.Customer Review: AWWW THE PAIN!!!

I used this product for the first time last night.. I read all reviews before I bought this and was well aware that I needed only apply a small strip on the FRONT of each mouth piece. I did just that and ended burning my gum's and hurting my teeth. I only got through the first two 20 minute sessions before I couldn't take it any longer. No matter how little gel you put on the mouth piece, some will always get on your gum's. It's now 2:30 pm the next day and the pain is still excruciating, I tried Sensodyne and nothing helps, I wasted my money!! Don't waste yours!!
