I have tried many probiotics but these have been the best for me. My day always begins with a large glass of water and one of these capsules and when I've missed a couple of days I definitely can tell that I need to get right back on them. I have Lymn disease, and am taking a whole lot of antibiotics, my doctor recommended this product for me to use to put the "good" bacteria back into me, I have been on it for over 6 months now and seems to do the trick....just wish it was a bit cheaper....
