This was recommended for my dog for use during or before a thunder storm. Need to administer 4 drops on the tongue about an hour before and then again every 1 - 1 1/2 hours during the storm. This is how it worked for me. During extremely severe thunder storms it did not seem to work to alleviate his shaking and panting. I have had difficulty falling asleep in the past and recently started taking this product. I just add four drops under my tongue about an hour before going to bed. I feel more relaxed and I'm experiencing a more restful sleep. I'm not waking up as often as I used to. My therapist recommended this to me to help combat chronic sleeplessness. I have never gone in much for homeopathic remedies, but I can tell you that this works!! I put 4 drops in my evening tea and I am snoozing within a couple hours. I have also noticed an increase in my dream activity too. I experience anxiety at times and a general feeling of edginess. I was hoping this might be of help after reading many of the reviews here. I found no benefit whatsoever. I even doubled the dosage and no effect. Tried it before sleep as well, but no difference. Breathing techniques I find to be much more beneficial to bring a sense of calm on.Customer Review: Love this stuff!

Rescue Remedy is great! It has many different applications. I have used it myself and also have given it to my dogs. I have to buy it for my mom's dog on a regular basis. Her dog is totally different without it. It really does help to calm your pet and yourself. Love that it is natural. It's a great alternative to drugs.
