Bought this for my wife who works at night and sleeps days. She says it works great at blocking the light and the weight of it is enough to keep her eyes closed while she sleeps, however we knew before buying it that it covers your ears but figured wed give it a try. After trying it, she doesnt like not being able to hear so she doesnt use it and has sense given it to me. Best nights sleep I've had in a long time! The quality of workmanship with the Sleep Master mask is far superior than other ones I've tried that use cheap elastic straps and scratchy nylon. It's also so comfortable that I forget it's on. The extra bonus of this mask is the sound dampening effect from the wide sides covering my ears. I can't praise this product enough.
Waking up in the morning feeling and looking rested make the Sleep Master mask worth every penny.

This product very effectively blocks light and mutes sound. The velcro straps allow for quick and comfortable adjustment. Much better system than my other sleep mask that has thin, hard-to-adjust straps. However, I am still adjusting to this sleep mask because of its bulk around my ears. Despite its thickness, it does breathe well. Some may prefer a lighter mask that just covers the eyes. I've always fought the idea of having to wear a mask when I go to bed so I read the Amazon reviews very carefully. Obviously, since the Sleepmaster has almost 300 reviews, this was an immediate sign of a winner. Bottom line is it proved to be an excellent choice. I slept another 2 hours thanks to Sleepmaster. Blocking out the sunlight (or any light!) to build melatonin is truly important and I never realized this until I wore the mask. Get it folks!
