Like some of the other reviewers, I've got acne prone skin that's now also aging so good skin care is hard to achieve. After reading the reviews, I was worried about irritation, stinging, redness, and peeling with the Roc. I'm happy to report that I have not had those problems and I think others might avoid issues if they ensure that their skin is completely (seriously, completely) dry before application. I noticed this when in a rush one night--I smeared some on slightly wet skin and had a slight burning/stinging feeling instantly--something that has never happened when my skin was completely dry.
As far as making me look younger, I don't think I've used it long enough to report on effectiveness yet.
