I am still in the process of using this product (1 month) and am not giving it a low review due to its hair growth potential. What I am giving it a low score for is due to the fact that most of the product goes to your hair. If you have a bald spot, then this product will be useful, but for thinning hair, then it is a waste of $$. The reason being; most of the product goes to the hair due to the expanding foam and only a small, very small amount actually makes it to the scalp. I do massage and follow all recommendations but at the end of the application process, I feel like a teenager that spiked up his hair getting ready to go with his friends to the mall. Again, if you have bald spot(s), then I am sure this is a good product. But if you are using this for thinning hair, then I would recommend using the liquid form of this product and not the foam.Customer Review: Hair Aid

When it does come down to men, we all intentionally lose our hair from thinning or from stress. But for those of us whom are looking for a great and simple way to deal with hair loss, they can turn to Rogaine. For simplier methods in Rogaine, they can turn to Rogaine Foam, specialty made for men. I like it because it is simple to use on the scalp and works very well at regrowing hair, and using it is just a breeze. A little dab on the scalp is all you need, twice a day, and it works in just a matter of time, in almost all men. I like it a whole lot, because it did a great job on my thinning hair, and is well worth the money that was spent on. So, if you are looking for a great hair aid, Rogaine Foam is definitely worth the money spent.

Hello,
I have questions to those Amazon customers who are getting good results and have been using it for so long.
I have been using Rogaine for almost a month. I am seeing results on the frontal side more. I am getting my hair where there was no hair but one thing is bothering me. As I am getting hair in every nook and corner of my frontal side and I see new follicles grow like almost every day but the hair coming out is very very thin. Do you think that it is going to change to normal size of my actual hair or it will be very think or fine for the rest of my life. Results are very encouraging and the skin before Rogaine which was just plain is getting hair but my concern is just the very fine hair for this first cycle. Please answer my question.

My wife begged me to start doing something to make sure I wasn't totally bald in our wedding pictures and I have to say this stuff got the job done. The foam is much easier to apply than the liquid and if you don't have much hair to begin with it can replace whatever spray gel or hair spray you had been using. My problem is that the recommended dose is so small that I end up using more than directed just because I feel like it's more effective, even though it probably doesn't make a difference. I've been using this stuff for 3 years now and my hair looks more or less the same as it did when I started. It's a nice feeling to not see lots of hair all over the sink and all over the pillow. I haven't experienced any regrowth to get excited about, but I'm just happy to be sustaining.Customer Review: This stuff does work! FDA Approved!

First I used generic made Minoxidil and that liquid applicator was just a pain to use. This foam stuff is much easier to use. The only word of warning I would give is this stuff melts in heat so if the room is 80F or higher it will melt and won't go on your head cleanly. I am one of the men for whom this product worked. Not all men will find this stuff effective, its just how it is. For me this stuff put hair back on my head, can't cure the widows peak but is a definite improvement. You just have to wait a few months for the full effect. The foam is more expensive than a generic liquid applicator but the ease of use is so good I pay the extra dollar.
