Nice little capsules for your keychain. I agree with the others that these are quite small but that's exactly what I was looking for. I'm using these to keep loratadine/claratin, they are little tiny pills that I take at night and I'm often out and about so I always have them with me, I also occasionally take them during the day if I can feel my allergies getting worse so it's nice to always have them on me. I'm not sure what kind of metal these are made with but they aren't anodized, they're painted, inside the bottom of the capsules is bare metal and I wouldn't want my pills rubbing around down there so I use the tiny little plastic tube inserts that they come with; the little plastic insert will be virtually useless for most people because it's too tiny for most pills.Customer Review: Good but not perfect

Bought these to carry Ibuprofen with me since I have a bad knee that flares up sometimes. I found these to be too small to effectively hold more than about four to six pills depending on brand. The "inner" bottle is useless unless you're taking nitro pills. The colors are nice and bright until they've been knocked about in your pockets for a while, then the scratches leave bright aluminum scars.
If you are looking for a portable pill bottle and are not taking nitro pills, avoid this and go for the next size bigger. I guess you could attach one of these to your dog with your contact info or something. They are surprisingly watertight and crush-proof.

This type of pill case is very small. It is more like an urn keepsake with a glass vial inside. It would be great for a Nitro pill, or something very small. My pills are too large for the glass container, but with the glass container removed it will hold one medium/large pill. Just so you know what your buying, this container will not hold a full size asprin, if you broke it in half it would probably hold 2 to 3. I purchased it for an urn keepsake for myself and my daughter. It works perfect for this use, and much lower priced than the same case on every memorial keepsake site. I have used one of the others to carry a pain pill in. It is perfect for my use.Customer Review: Works Great!

I've been using this product for several months now, and I don't know how I managed w/o it. It great when you need to take medication before meals (at resturants or friends homes), or inconvenient hours of the day/night. You don't need to worry about bringing your prescription bottle. It's also pretty tiny and inconspicuous. A word to the wise, I would not recommend putting your pill in the case w/o using the plastic insert. Some pills had rubbed off a gray substance from the metal. Since these are made in China, who knows what they might have been (primer, paint, metal dust, lead contaminates, etc). Perfect Memorials market this same item as a cremation cylinder jewelery AND they charge 24.99 -each- for them! Way to extort poor people who lost someone dear to them for a mere pill holder! If you want to use this item for that purpose, that is fine, it's perfectly suitable for it. But buy the item here from amazon (or this merchant) and don't get ripped off! Be careful, a majority of vials and cylinder necklaces they sell could all very well be fanciful pill holders that you can buy for a fraction of their soulless prices! Do your research first!
