For me, this product is a replacement for a different keychain pill case. These cases are much smaller and come in different colors, but I find that their construction is a bit cheaper. I have found the small removable interior tube to be too small for my purposes, yet using only the outer container often turns what was once a recognizable pill into a powder. Despite the fact that my pills are eventually eroded away by being jostled in this case, I continue to use it, and would recommend it to others.Customer Review: perfect little pill case

I really like these pill cases, I take a lot of medication at varying times during the day. The colors let me keep track of the time of day I need to take them. The small size let them slip right in my pocketbook. The lids are tight, and the pills are protected from breakage. There is a teeney tiny smaller plastic jar inside the metal ones. I just tossed those, they would require very small pills. The outer metal parts are the bast, just the right size and built to last.Customer Review: Looks sturdy but TINY

I ordered this disregarding prior reviews stating it was small. Given the low cost and positive ratings I figured 'pills are tiny - this must fit them anyways'. Bad logic. Both my meds are pretty small, but there's no way they'd fit and even if they did, it would hold MAYBE 3 pills. So if you have some real tiny pills, go for it. I may use them one day and they are nice so I'm keeping them for sure, just be careful about the size if purchasing.Customer Review: Metal Tablet Containers

The 6 metal tablet containers are of high quality and more reasonably priced than similar products I've seen in pharmacies. The seal built into the cap will keep out moisture and dust. They are a bit smaller than I expected, so my medication will only fit if I pull out the internal plastic container. This size is adequate for very small tablets like nitroglycerin or thyroid medication. Anything larger might require the next size up.Customer Review: I can't even fit one pill inside!

These pill containers are a great idea; 5 stars for that. But they are so teeny-tiny that barely one pill fits into the small interior vial. I have to break them up. And my pills aren't very big. The measurements for the containers include the entire container, not the teeny vial inside, which is not even 1/2 inch. So, great idea, but way too small, unless you use it for Nitro (heart pills). Pills that small would fit fine.
