these little pill holders are great - they same ones at REI or walgreens are about $6 each. I thought from one review that these were plastic, but they are metal. They are metal, with a rubber o-ring and they also include little plastic bottles that might hold 1/4 tsp of something inside. I tossed those. I can fit a couple small pills in there, like zyrtec or something, but not a big multi-vitamin or something like that.Customer Review: Best all around purchase made at Amazon

Clips onto a key chain or necklace. Sturdy, airtight and compact. Great for nitro tabs or tablets a bit larger. Reasonably priced and received before expected date. A must have for when you're away from home. The best all around purchase made at Amazon.
Warning: Do not leave out in the open or an easily access area. The six cases are shiny and colorful. Might be mistaken for a toy by curious children or pets.

Really worth it if you are in need of such things. It arived 2 days early. They don't look like factory seconds at all. I passed the ones I didn't need to friends & Family
The little bottles are neat and good for pills that turn to powder. I removed mine to put 2 pills.
If you have a dog, Put your adress and phone on slip of paper.
I would buy from this co. again

These little things really work. They are small enough to go unnoticed in your pocket but large enough to hold a number of pills depending on size. I carry 4 pills in mine and I had to stuff cotton inside to keep from bouncing around and turning to dust. If you have horse size pills you are not going to be happy with this pill case. They seem to be well made and seem to hold up to abuse in my pocket.Customer Review: Awfully small

These containers are much smaller than I had thought. I had to take the liner out to get five tablets in the container. When the medicine was switched to capsules, I could only get two capsules in the container. Might work for really small pills such as nitroglycerin. Not so great with most medicines if you need to carry more than a couple of pills. I switched to the large size and they work great.
