This is an outstanding value. The outer case is made from anodized aluminum and closes with what seems to be a water tight fit. The pill bottle is on the small side but the mediaction I had need for fit well. Also note that the interior pill bottle is poorly constructed plastic. I usually don't write reviews, but this was a good product at a good price. The shipper had it to me in just a few days. I'd say the size is that of about 4 ibuprofen. I just use it as an emergency type thing, so if I'm not at home I always have back-up meds with me. Very nice to have and blends right in with my key-chain.Customer Review: Nice, but tiny

These cases are cute and seem constucted well enough, but they really can hold only one regular-sized pill. I was hoping to be able to fit two in them. But their small size did make them less obtrusive or obvious, so I guess it just depends on what you're looking for whether these would be right for you.Customer Review: I love them, but.......

I'm ordering my second batch of these because I like them; however, I have to take the inside vial out and just use the metal part to contain the pills. The inside container is too small for the aspirins (even baby ones). In an emergency it would not be good to be trying to pry out the aspirins.Customer Review: Make your pills an accessory

When my doctor told me I would have to keep some of my pills with me all the time, I decided to make it fun. I bought these pill cases and made them into necklaces. What amuses me is that children always have to ask what that is on my neck, and are rather awestruck to learn that I carry 'nitro'.
