I add these to my morning coffee, along with the hazelnut creamer. Gives it a distinctive flavor. Still, maybe it's all in my head, but I do find that it makes me feel like not eating as much. Maybe it make some sick to their stomach, and THAT'S why they don't eat. Or, they could just feel full. Whatever it is, when I add these to watching what I eat and exercise, I have generally lost a few pounds. And that's never a bad thing.
