I love this product. The only criticism I have is that I wish it stayed cold longer, but it lasts as long as anything else I've tried. The product is not too heavy and it fits nicely without restricting my movement.
Description of SMALL/MEDIUM Ice & Hot Shoulder Sleeve
Product is like a shirt sleeve. Put your arm down the sleeve and wrap the adjustable belt underneath the opposite arm and fasten in the belly region. Use the other strap to secure around arm area. Used to offer hot or cold therapy to either the left or right shoulder and will conform to any size shoulder. The tough, flexible gel will not leak if punctured and the 4-way stretch material will help assure product durability and effective pain management. Flexible gel wraps with breathable stretch cover.
