Customer Review: Quick relief for hip pain

I was in a car wreck two days before I bought this item. By the time I got it I was under chiropractic care, but still in considerable pain. This tool was the only thing I could use to help relieve the pain. Upon use I took it into the chiropractor and she indicated she would recommend such a tool to individuals with lower pelvic/back pain. I haven't used it as a preventative tool yet, but I would recommend trying it to anyone who has continual pain and would like an option for relief. I have not been able to use it on a hard surface yet, but I am pregnant. IT works fine in bed.Customer Review: GREAT

I have been using and recommending the Sacrowedgy for years! I too had purchased it as a last resort for my back pain. I was leery if it would really work or just a gimmick.
It did hurt at first and as I continued to use it the discomfort and back pain were gone. It did more for me in one week than any other treatment I spent years in to releave my back pain. The instructions are okay and if you have any questions, like I did, you can call and get one on one support on how to use it. I wish they made one for the neck/shoulder area!

I'm dealing with SI problems. This little device has been really helpful at times. A couple times when I've used it, I could actually hear my spine snap-crack back in place. I do self-manipulate in addition to using this device, which helps a lot. I find that combined with this sacro wedgy I get better results. Still, there have been times when I needed to get a doctor's adjustment despite this device and my self-help techniques. Regardless, I feel it was really worth the money, and it's a very helpful tool.Customer Review: not working for me

I'm 6 months pregnant and having a lot of sciatic nerve pain. I was hoping this would help to realign things and take some pressure off of my nerves. It came highly recommended to me by a friend and most of the reviews here are quite positive. Sadly, it just hurts. When I lay on it, it causes really bad, sharp pain. I can't lay on it for even 5 minutes. I've tried repositioning it, propping myself with pillows elsewhere to change the angle, etc, but it's just not working out.Customer Review: still undecided (I have not used the product long enough)

I bought the female version of this item in September. When I work at my home office, I experience a lot of low back pain and bilateral lower extremity stiffness when I get up from my chair. The product does seems to help as I have less pain and stiffness when I use it. However, it is bright pink, garrish, and even covered with a towel looks odd. As a result, I would not take it in to my regular office and use it there.
