I absolutely adore this product. It is the only thing that gets my sinus problems cleared up without drugs.
The salt/water solution is great, but the delivery mechanism in the 14 oz dispenser gets just enough water pressure to clear the allergens and unblock everything for me. If my sinuses get blocked or if everything is too dry I get migraines. This product helps me correct the problem before the headaches start.
For new users... there is a bit of a learning curve - just like a neti pot (turning your head to the correct angle in order for the water to come out the opposite nostril).
