I would definitely have to say that this ranks among the best shoe-deodorizing products I have used. It's pretty simple to use -- you just twist the bottom plastic part open, place the can in your shoe with the larger opening facing forward (and the smaller opening facing the back of the shoe), and press down -- no need to twist your wrist to get into tight spots like you would with a conventional aerosol can. It also has a fresh scent (although some might dispute how good it actually smells).
