This is my first day using this BCAA mix and it's damn tasty. I've tried samples of other products where I literally wretched and dumped the foul tasting medicinal chemicals down the sink. Not this stuff! I can't comment on the actual performance of the product itself but I did notice I ran a bit further than normal, sipping and completing until moving to floor work and then weights. Im taking 2 scoops (recommended for those under 160 lbs.), sipping 15 minutes prior to running and finishing before moving onto floor work and then weights, followed by my regular protein shake directly after lifting. I may take 1 more scoop prior to bedtime to assist with cutting soreness as I've read this product supposedly helps.
