I have tried all types of paper towels and keep going back to Scott. These are thick and durable. I don't like colors and patterns on paper towels as the dye tends to come of or run if the paper towel gets wet, so these are great. I rarely find Scott paper towels on sale, so overall, Amazon has a reasonable price for these. I use these paper towels for cleaning and they hold up well. Scott paper towels are much better quality than store brand. These are excellent paper towels, just not the soft cushy or colorful paper towels that some people tend to like.
