Yeah, I'm from the Caribbean and we ALWAYS used this. We had at least 2 bottles in our apt every winter. I had a weak immune system as a child and got sick often and this helped boost my immune system. OUr family doctor, who is also a huge supporter of alternative & natural medicines, highly recommend this so I continue using it. And this Doc has done missionary trips in Africa and Latin America so I trust his judgement. Plus he's not a big fan of drugs. With natural vitamins it's amazing how the body adjusts. I haven;t had a flushot or gotten real sick in over 5 years. As a smoker I get the occassional cough. Now I'm on the patch!
