Customer Review: FRAUD WARNING: contains N-Acetyl Cysteine, a DECONGESTANT!!

I actually wrote a glowing review of this product (see below) before checking the ingredients, which I definitely should have done before using this product.
Here are the ingredients:
N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC)
Proprietary Synbiotic Blend of-
Bifidobacterium bifidum
Lactobacillus acidophilus
Lactobacillus rhamnosus
Streptococcus thermophilus
It so happens that N-Acetyl Cysteine is a DECONGESTANT that reduces mucus production! I wondered why the product worked so quickly to make me decongested, now I know! :-(
As regards the probiotic itself, there is nothing substantial here that would help in nasal health. Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lactobacillus acidophilus are both probiotics that aid in digestion. Lactobacillus rhamnosus is also of a similar kind, and Streptococcus thermophilus may not even survive in the stomach acid. None of these four strains have been documented to affect nasal health in the least. So the ONLY ACTIVE INGREDIENT IS N-ACETYL CYSTEINE, WHICH IS A DECONGESTANT! You think you're getting a nasal probiotic when you're simply being fooled into taking a nasal decongestant instead!
This also explains why in the review by <Ms. Rice "book hound">, the decongestant stopped working in the second year - the decongestant simply wore out its effectiveness as most drugs do in the long run! The review by <S. MCCANN "Shimcc"> also makes perfect sense - the drug N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) has the side-effect of raising blood pressure!

Old Review Title: Worked better and faster than expected!
I've suffered from allergies and related congestion for several years. I've been to many many doctors and been prescribed all sorts of tablets and sprays. They all worked a bit in the short run but not for a long time, which is the same as saying nothing really worked, as they treated the symptoms and not the cause.
All of my sinus problems were nipped in the bud within a week of taking these iFlora nasal probiotics! I changed nothing in my daily regimen, except for these pills three times daily as suggested.
This probiotic has been a god-send!
