Customer Reviews of Seventh Generation Chlorine Free Baby Diapers, Stage 4 (22-37 Lbs.), 30 Count (Pack of 4)

Customer Review: Happy With This Diaper!
Summary: 4 Stars

I have specific diapers that I use on my 2-year-old because they work well and I like them but I gave these a try and was very happy with the results. The absolute best thing about these diapers is that they are about as environmentally-friendly as you can get with a disposable diaper. These diapers have no inks/dyes and no fragrance- a big plus! The diapers are made of all natural materials yet are still just as thin as the other popular diaper brands and I felt they absorb just as well. My husband was not as convinced as me about the absorbency- the reason for my 4 out of 5 rating. However, no leaks when I did the diapering....overnight, too!
I am very happy to use a product that I can feel is safe to put against my daughter's skin and would definitely recommend others give them a try.

Customer Review: BEST DIAPERS!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

These diapers are wonderful. I highly encourage anyone thinking about trying them to do so! We have been using them since my son was just a couple months old (once all the diapers we had been given as gifts were used up). They are incredibly absorbant. I have never had to use special "nighttime" diapers like a lot of people do. There have been a few occasions where I have run out before my next shipment arrives and I have boughten a package of Huggies.. my son ends up with a rash within two days. I've also seen huggies and Pampers bleed coloring from their diapers onto babies skin. Seventh Generations diapers are so gentle and very high quality, and how could you pass them up? They are really no more expensive than Huggies or Pampers, especially when you purchase them on Amazon.

Customer Review: big blowouts
Summary: 2 Stars

So disappointed. We bought several packages of 7th gen and Earths Best to compare before we started buying bulk. Well, I started with the 7th generations and was aware of the size issue per other reviews, so we bought the size 1. I'm now wishing I hadn't bought so many, as I still have a week left of these "crappy" diapers! The issue is that the absorbent material stops a good inch below the top of the waist band in back. When poop travels up the back, it often overflows like lava. I've had 4 blowouts this week! My daughter is 10lbs and we are using size 1. When I compared this to Earth's best, pampers, and huggies, all those other brands the absorbent material goes all the way up the back of the diaper almost to the top of the waistband. I won't be buying these again.

Customer Review: The only diaper I will be buying
Summary: 5 Stars

My child had very sensitive skin right from birth, but from about 4 month on, he started getting hives all over his body starting from his legs. He hasn't started any new foods, there weren't any changes to the detergent or anything else in his environment. When the hives didn't go away, we went to several allergists, who tested him for various allergens but didn't find anything. I tried switching detergents, wipes, etc. but nothing seemed to work. Then I decided to try these chlorine free diapers, and to my amazement, the hives cleared up within a few weeks. Now, I don't know for sure that the diapers cured him - could have been a huge coincidence, but I'll be sticking with these. They fit well, we had very very few leaks - what more can I ask for.

Customer Review: Great diaper and great price!
Summary: 5 Stars

I changed to 7th Gen. when my daughter had a reaction to regular diapers. After changing several things (wipes, soap, etc.) we changed diapers and haven't looked back since. I love the fit. And I really like that there is no design. My oldest daughter did not want to potty train b/c she wanted to stay in her "Elmo diapers". We even looked for Elmo panties, but that wasn't the same. I know it wasn't as much about the character as it was potty training itself, but it did give her another excuse. My second daughter doesn't seem to be quite so attached to these since they aren't as cute as panties!! The only negative is that they seem to run small. So if your little one is in the upper half of the recommended size/weight-I'd go with the next size.
