Customer Reviews of Seventh Generation Chlorine Free Baby Diapers, Stage 4 (22-37 Lbs.), Case of 120 DiapersCustomer Review: The only diaper for Seamus! Summary: 5 StarsMy baby was only one week old when he started having red skin and water blisters where his diapers were. We tried three different kinds of diapers(and a dozen different stores), before we found Seventh Generation. Yeah! The redness got better right away, and he didn't have any new blisters! This is the diaper for us! (cloth diapers worked really well for his issues but, he kept getting a horible rash due to moisture. This is the only diaper, I have found, to be Chlorine AND Laytex free. We think they are wonderful!
Customer Review: Decent Diaper Summary: 4 Stars'Yes' they're expensive, 'yes' they do leak 10% of the time, and 'yes' they're not the prettiest ones on the market....but they are eco-friendly and do the job. As far as the leaking problem, I've only experienced them leaking when it's been 2.5+ hours since the last change. If you can keep track of the time and are able to make the switch to a new one when necessary - you should be just fine. Just don't attempt to use them overnight. Buy another brand of diapers specifically for nighttime use.
Customer Review: Not Very Good Diapers Summary: 2 StarsWe're using size 1 for my 1-2 month old son.
I received these diapers for free from Amazon's baby registry promotion. They are akin to a paper lunch bag with velcro and elastic. They are not very absorbent and frequently leak. We can only go a maximum of two or three hours before serious leakage occurs. I only use these during the day when I can change the diaper every couple of hours and do laundry.
Many times the diaper doesn't even last that long. It only took 15 minutes today for it to leak.
The diapers run smaller than Pampers, Huggies and Luvs. The elastic on the closure tabs does not stretch enough to ensure a snug, leak-free fit. They tend to roll at the waist-line which contributes to the diaper's leakiness.
I gave these two stars because we can keep these for daytime use and until our free diaper promotion runs out. Then--it's back to Pampers!
Customer Review: They're ok... Summary: 3 StarsThey're not very cute, they run small, and they're not "super absorbent". But they're pretty good diapers and they're good for the environment. Just make sure if your baby is getting kind of close to the weight cut off to order a size up.
Customer Review: Leaky Diapers Summary: 1 StarsWe've been using Seventh Generation products for a few years now. After using Mother Nature diapers for the first few months, we have changed to Seventh Generation stage 3 diapers. At first, we were very pleased with the diapers softness and texture compare to the other diapers. However, after going through about 120 of them we got very disappointed by the performance of these diapers. About 85% of the diapers leak. We tried adjusting it differently, thinking that we might be doing something wrong, but no use. We are very frustrated that we can't leave home without taking a few pairs of pants and shirts with us. Even though Seventh Generation has nice products and we will keep using them for other categories, we would not recommend these diapers to anyone, nor buy them ever again.
