You only need very little to clean. It's free of dyes (why do other brands put dyes in their dish soap anyway?) and in unscented. I like that! Seventh Generation Dish Soap / B000C7SSE6
After using (and loving) the Seventh Seventh Generation Dish Soap with Lavender scent, I was excited to change over to the Free and Clear unscented version offered on Amazon. My mother has asthma and a lot of scent additives - even natural ones - can send her into bad coughing fits and give her trouble breathing.
I'm happy to say that this Free and Clear soap does not irritate her breathing at all, and the soap cleans just as well as anything else out there on the market. The soap is gentle and does not give me any skin rashes, and since the ingredients are natural and are not harsh on grass or animals, I'm able to use this soap outside to clean out my dog's crate / carrier without worrying that the drained soap will kill my grass, poison my water, or hurt my little puppy when he chews on the dried grass later. I love this product!

I am allergic to chemicals so this is the only dish liquid I use...well.. actually the one with lavender oil. It works great and I can also use it when doing general house cleaning. But, I get it at Target for $1.49 a bottle so this is way over priced...Customer Review: Works great

This detergent is so THIN I accused my husband of watering it down. It is unscented, but just try to get it to stay on a sponge. You end up using ten times more that if you use a better product, like Mrs. Meyers. NOT WORTH THE COST.
