I got my box AFTER the ups website said that the shipment has been "damaged" and was being returned to Amazon. The bottles were sticky and soapy - clearly, some bottle had sprung a leak. But the oddest thing was that the box only had 11 bottles! I haven't contacted Amazon yet, but I hope they give me a refund for that bottle.Customer Review: LEAKING PROBLEM FIXED

I got my shipment yesterday without the slightest leak. They did just what one reviewer suggested--they put a piece of cardboard in such that it held the lids shut. The lavender fragrance is amazing, and it cleans just as well as mainstream brands. I use this as handsoap as well as dish liquid. We've been using seventh generation dish liquid for a long time now and love the product, especially the lavender scented one. However, this particular package has a problem - it is not robust enough to withstand the transit - we received the package with serious leakage of dish liquid all over the inside of the box.Customer Review: More poor packaging...

This is a great product, but every shipment I receive (3 recently) has had one bottle open, and many dented bottles. The soap leaks through two packing boxes. The dents wouldn't bother me, except that I use them for "green" cleaning gift baskets for clients. Unfortunately, I may have to find another source!Customer Review: works well and smells great

I think the title says it all. The soap does the job. I'm also not a big fan of lavender by itself, but the combination of lavender and mint is was a great idea. I will defiantly buy again.
