This is a great product with awful packaging. I ordered the six pack twice and twice it arrived with broken plastic bottles and detergent all over the place. I went to the Seventh Generation website and left feedback with no response. I ordered this product despite the reviews that said the shipment arrived leaky and sticky. My shipment was fine. Each of the bottles had been taped around the top to prevent leaking during shipment. But I probably will be buying it locally from now on, since it cost about $20 to ship.Customer Review: Good product, BAD 1 Stars
I love this product, but don't order it here. THey throw the bottles in a trash bag, throw that in the box, and you're lucky if you have one bottle that doesn't spill everywhere. I told them about it and they never responded. Buy elsewhere, you will have better luck with how they ship!Customer Review: Excellent

We need a biodegradable detergent because we have a new septic system. I wanted to still keep my baby's clothes soft for his sensitive skin and found this online. It softens and cleans well.
