I, too, have had some problems with shipping Seventh Generation items from Amazon. The problem is, I think, they are not packed with care. I ordered from a smaller company (www.thegreatergreen.com) and they taped the caps and put each bottle in a plastic bag that was tied, then filled the box with foam peanuts so that the bottles didn't shake around. No problems there. Maybe if Amazon just took a little more time with packing their boxes....Customer Review: Shipping Problem

I would like to order more Seventh Generation products, but they have problem shipping the bottles - last time I've got the all purpose cleaners and almost 3 bottles were spilled out - causing the packages to be all soaked in wet.
The hassle of return caused me to hesitate and ultimately I did not return them. Meanwhile, the shipping problem has caused me to hesitate to purchase again as well.

Works very well, good scent. Better than Earth Friendly Toilet Kleener (should have known better, I hate cutesy misspelled names). Can't attest to the Amazon shipping problems as I bought this from my local store who FINALLY started carrying it. According to National Geographic's Green Guide, greenest toilet cleaner you can buy. We purchased a giant pack of this when Amazon was running a special. A friend had recommended it. It works very, very well (as good as Clorox) in my opinion and doesn't have that harsh chemical smell. It fills your bathroom with a pine smell that doesn't smell like imitation pine such as PineSol. I would highly recommend this to anyone, especially if you have dogs or children.Customer Review: Good product, Bad shipping

I really like the cleaner, but during shipping, two of the bottles were not properly sealed. When I opened the box, the cleaner had saturated the inside of my shipment. Instead of a pack of 8, I only ended up with 6. I'm guessing this was a unique instance, but be prepared for them to spill if you order them!
