Loved this product for quick shakes and smoothies. Worked wonderfully for a couple of months, but then the cup's bottom warped and I could no longer fit it on the blade. I don't have a dishwasher, so I just used soap and water to clean it. I would still buy a replacement since I think that maybe I did something to jam it. I don't know, but it was great while it lasted!
