I purchased the entire package of neti-pot, squeeze bottle, and 100 packets of refills. I have emailed this company four times in the last five days with no response. I am physically disabled including a speech disability, which is why I can not pick up the phone and ask to return the SinuCleanse System.
To all consumers: do not support companies that do not support People With Disabilities. I thought twice of purchasing from this company because they did not list a mailing address (snail mail address) on their website. My instincts were right about this company. For other neti-pots other than Sinucleanse, please search "neti pot". There are many other companies that offer services to People With Disabilities.

Neti Pots are amazing - I was a total non-believer, but it really works. This particular one is very cheaply made and has a very large spout for the nostril. You don't need pre-made solution either - just use table salt and warm water. Buy another one!Customer Review: AMAZING!!! Wish I had known about this years ago.

I have suffered from nasal congestion, nosebleeds and sinus problems for years. It has been at least 10 years since I awoke without blood in my nose. After using my Neti pot the first time, my nostrils were open and stayed open. I have been using it daily for a week and am amazed at the difference. Spent hours at the park the other day, came home and used the Neti pot, and NO allergies!! Unheard of for me. I walked through the produce section at the market yesterday and was surprised to actually *smell* the produce! I just ordered one for my husband. This is the best thing I have found out about in a long time!!Customer Review: great product

I heard about the netti pot from Dr. Oz and bought two. One for myself and one for my son who has major allergies. We both love it. I bought a third one for a friend of mine who complained of allergies and he loves it too. I looked in stores and couldn't find any. I ordered this neti pot to try for relief of my annual spring sinus problems and have yet to use it. My husband, who has suffered with terrible sinus problems his entire life, tried it and won't give it up! Now I have to order another one for myself.
I chose this model because it is dishwasher safe and unbreakable. My initial reaction when I opened the box was how cheap it looked, but it really works (according to my husband) and has held up well to several dishwashings.
My husband was amazed by the immediate results he obtained after using this neti pot just once. He uses it daily now and no longer requires all the prescriptions and nasal sprays he has used for most of his life. If it works so well for him I feel confident it will work well for my mild, by comparison to his, sinus problems.
We are very satisfied with this great product and it's amazing results!
