This seemed a little scary yet intriguing on Oprah, but I had to try it! My boyfriend and I each tried it once, and we both couldn't work it right! We bought two of these Neti Pots after Dr. Oz talked about the benefits on Oprah's show. Where else? Anyway, it works. Takes some getting used to. Pouring water into the old nose just isn't a normal thing to do. But the very mild solution of sodium bicarbonate & sodium chloride mixed from the included "all-natural saline solution packets" helps our sinuses feel better.
Where we live in West Texas is dry, dusty, full of wild flower pollen and seriously windy. These Neti Pots from SinuCleanse help a lot. My wife does them a couple of times a day and swears by them. Highly recommended once you get over that pouring water in your nose thing.

I bought two of these; one for my girlfriend and one for myself. We both enjoy using ours, and it's such a new and weird sensation. I love how easily I can breathe through my nostrils after using this.
One caveat... your body tends to overcompensate for the removed snot (sorry for being gross) and so you tend to get stuffed up even more the following day. This bodily response may not hold true for all, but my girlfriend and I have both experienced this same thing. I do love this product, and I did not hesitate to give it 5 stars. Buy one... you'll love it too.
