The dermotologist recommended this and I have continued to use it for over a year now. I am beginning to get tired of spending over $100 a pop on this stuff since I think by now I should have noticed something. I was expecting some toneness, wrinkle relief and overall even skin tone. I can only say that maybe I have some sun spots that might be lighter, but I know I don't see any firmness or tightening and I feel my wrinkles have continued, not gotten better for sure. The "one" pump thing can be a joke if you want to use it on you face and neck. I always used one pump on my face and another on my neck. It would only last about 6 weeks at best when I use it this way. For just your face it would probably last over 2 months if you used just one pump.
