This item is expensive for what it is, and I didn't really need the extra CD and packet of lavender. The smallest available size was large, which was a little large for me. The band is too small to double as an eye mask, and it can be cumbersome to try to use the SleepPhones system with a separate eye mask. I once had a sleep mask with earphones that connected to an ipod. Unfortunately one of the speakers went out and I have not been able to find anything like it on the internet anywhere. If the manufacturers of the SleePhone system would broaden and reshape the band so it can serve as an eye mask, and if they would make the size adjustable, then it might be worth the price that they're asking.
