I was really hoping this pillow would do the trick, helping me sleep on my side and keeping me cool. It did neither. Especially disappointing was how hot I got sleeping with this pillow. It reflects body heat, it doesn't channel it. Buyer beware- you cannot return this item to Amazon or the company that sells it through them because they consider it a "personally used item". That sucks because if you buy a pillow at a store, they let you return it, no questions asked.Customer Review: Not worth it.

I bought this despite my misgivings in an attempt to allow my wife a little more sleep. The first night she said I snored less - but still snored. After two days she said it was exactly the same as before. After a week, she questioned whether the snoring may have actually gotten worse. Besides this, it does get a bit too warm for me, and it doesn't handle changing positions very well. Now I have a $100+ paperweight, since I won't use it as a pillow ...Customer Review: Pillow is falsely advertised!

This pillow is advertised for people "5'5" or taller". When I recieved the box there was a flyer included that stated one should purchase a "large" size if taller than 5'10" (I'm almost 6'). My complaint is that the company's website and Amazon makes no mention of a larger size. This pillow is actually designated as "medium".
Now I have a $100 pillow I cannot return and it is too thin which actually creates neck pain instead of relieving it!

I have arthritis of the neck and have been searching for the perfect pillow for 20 years. I love this pillow, but as the included insert warns, you can't judge this pillow after one night. It took 3 nights for me to adapt to its unique shape but now I can't imagine ever using another pillow. Those two-humped contour pillows don't make sense, and some of them are too hard. My neck has never felt better and I am simply more comfortable in bed.Customer Review: Pillow

For the price of this pillow i expected more. I have slept on it for over a month now. I do not feel rested in the morning. The pillow is so small, I wake up when I turn over looking for more pillow. I do like the height of the pillow, but I have been waking up with a kink in my neck. Therefore, I think I better stop sleeping on it. I long for a good nights sleep and a bigger pillow.
