Customer Review: AMAZING SLIM FAST PRODUCT

The Slim Fast Optima line is deliciouss and a great way to establish a nutritious, healthy way of life and of eating. I use these drinks for 2 meals each day and before bed to stop from snacking. They really do work to curb your hunger.
The French Vanilla is my favorite flavor and I look forward to drinking it. It has 6 grams of fat but 2.3 are saturated and it helps keep you full. There is a whopping 10 grams of protein in each drink which keeps you full and also gives you lots of energy. All the other nutrients needed to be healthy are here as well.
Make sure you follow the Slim Fast guidelines and eat regular food as well to make sure you are taking good care of yourself. As long as you have the motivation Slim Fast will help you lead a healthier and slimmer life. And French Vanilla should be at the head of the line.
I use the Amazon program to have them shipped regularly each month and it is so convenient.

I like the vanilla SlimFast. It's filling, it has a good flavor, and it's an easy/portable way to have a meal/snack on the go. I've been having Amazon ship this product for some time (which is great, since I've got a big flight of steps to get up to my house) -- but the disappointing thing is how Amazon doesn't really add any packaging material around it to protect the cans -- so many of them are always dented. And I guess in these days, now that we don't use aluminum, a dented can isn't a problem (?) -- but it just lowers the experience, to have to be drinking from a can with a huge dent in the side. So in general, yes, I like the SlimFast -- but I'm lowering the stars because of Amazon's delivery methods.Customer Review: Not sure...

I am not sure how I feel about the flavor. I am a nurse and the smell of the Vanilla shake is like that of the feedings we give patients who can't tolerate oral food. So, I am very sensitive to that smell and it makes it hard for me to really taste the product. In hopes of improving it for me I do pour it into my coffee cup which has a little coffee left in it. I do find it slightly more filling that the meal bars though. Also, the ease of bringing this to work for lunch is great. I bought this thinking that SlimFast's version had to taste even better than the equate brand Ultra Weight Loss Shake I bought from the local big name store. I hated every can. The equate version tastes like Very Vanilla Silk Soymilk, which I love. SlimFast's version has a flavor that has a hint of vanilla but was just not pleasant. It's not a bad product, but the taste was not for me. I've lost weight on both, but prefer the big name store for the more vanilla flavor, cheaper price, and 10 less calories.Customer Review: Great diet replacement drink!

I love that you can replace two meals a day with a shake and have automatic portion control. You still have to watch what you take in the rest of the day to see results. I highly recommend visiting slim-fast.com because they offer a wide variety of tools and even personalize your diet plan. I have been using slim-fast for about six weeks and have lost about 8 pounds. It seems slow, but it is the best way proven to keep off the weight.
