I have tried numerous "thermogenic" diet pills in the past, all with the same effect. They made my heart race and gave me jitters. They even put me in a foul mood! After reading the info on this product and its claim that it had no side effects, I gave it a try. I have been using this product for a week now and have lost 3 lbs. I must say that not once have I lost any sleep (I take 2 before morning workout and 1 at lunch), felt jittery or snapped at anyone! My eyelid trembles a bit, but a cup of coffee gives me the same effect. I do workout 5-6 days a week, so this product is more of a complement to my exercise program than a solution. It is a way to break my plateau. In addition, I take two pills of hoodia gordonii to curb any afternoon cravings. So far the combination seems to work well. I definitely recommend this product to anyone thinking about losing a few extra pounds without the scary side effects of similar products. I also tried the Choclaslim squares and did not like them. Definitely not worth the money. Use this product instead :)
