This under-the-tongue spray definitely works as do the chewable tablets. It's a matter of preference which one to take as they both achieve the same end result: No more snoring. My husband and I both experienced relief. Within 3 days to one week the snoring was gone. Eventually this was only needed this twice a week for maintenance. This product is easy to use and does help to reduce snoring, although it did not stop it completely. My only problem is that it seems to keep me awake for a while after I first use it. This product supposedly has no side effects, but the three nights I used it, I had trouble falling asleep; perhaps it would help to use at least an hour before going to bed.Customer Review: SnoreStop Extinquisher works for me!

I have used this product for the last two nights so far, and my wife tells me she has not heard any snoring from me at all during the last two nights! Both she and I are delighted with this product! This product really works and I would advise anyone to try it. I think everyone is different and you have to do the trial and error system with all the over-the-counter stuff. Sales person at a mattress store recommended this product based on personal experience. The concentration of ingredients is so tiny, I can't imagine how it works or how it could have any side effects. I don't hear myself snore, but wife says it really works. No side effects.
