I can't hear myself snore one way or another, but I am sleeping better and my wife hasn't heard me. Also, she was snoring and used it and I fell asleep and never heard her. So, I give it four stars. Would give 5 but can't be sure that it's 100% effective.Customer Review: Great Product

Had a problem with my roommate's snoring waking myself and himself up. Read online that there is no cure to snoring.
This product proved that wrong. He always has a nasty look when he sprays, but no snoring!

She got no sleep.
Im moving on to a sleep apnea mouth piece.
Dont waste your money with silly mouth sprays.
