Customer Review: Beware - Unreliable seller

I ordered this same 6 brush heads lost time(in April) and paid $31.95. I received only 3 brush heads instead of 6 heads. When I contacted the seller thru Amazon they said that they will refund my money for 3 heads back. But until this date I didn't receive any money from them. So I paid $32 for 3 brush heads what a expensive purchase!!!!! . I hate this seller. So please beware of this seller and DON'T buy it from this seller. I don't know how to get my money back from this seller. If any one had the same problem with this seller, please let me know how did you handle the problem. I ordered these toothbrushs on january 18th, 2010. On January 20th My account was charged. On February 9th I e-mailed the company "In-Stock Novelties", Asking where my product was?. I recieved an e-mail saying it had shipped on January 21st and that I should be "patient and give it some more time". Today is February 20th exactly 1 month after The funds were taken from my account. I have not seen the toothbrushs or a refund yet. Do not do business with in-stock

I love my Sonic Complete and have been using it for over four years without a problem. Brush heads are sometimes hard to find. The only thing I would like is if they had different colors so I can tell who uses what head. They hold up really well with my two girls, Sienna and Canella. They have a habit of biting too much on the heads. When I get the toothpaste out and my sonic complete they come running on all fours! These are the best brushes that we have found for our electric toothbrush. They can be modified for the intensity of the brush speed. For example, you can just massage your gums, tongue, inner mouth on low to stimulate blood flow and increase healing. We also like that the bristles don't fall out.

We saved a bundle of money and got several for spares. My husband and I love our Sonic Complete-Oral B electric tooth brush. Costco doesn't sell these brush replacements so don't bother going there. This is the place to get them and they are great! Everybody ought to use these and decrease their visits to the dentist.
