This is a very good clock.It is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. It is nice to be able to turn the backlight off.The sounds are great. I have the sleep,relaxtion,wellness card and the spa retreat card. The waterfall on the spa retreat card and the stream on sleep relaxation card are a little off. I don't know why they just sound weird to me. Other than that all the sounds are great. I also love to be able to wake up to the sound of chirrping birds on the woodlands and rainforest stream. The only thing I wish it had is the ability to set two different sounds:one for going to sleep and one for waking up to but you can't whatever sound you fall asleep to is the sound that you will wake up to. I've had A.D.D. my whole life and insomnia for years and this helps a lot to get me to sleep.Customer Review: Best sleep machine

I have had this machine for over a year and it still works great. It doesn't seem to have the repeating sound patterns that I have found in most other machines and I enjoy how it gradually fades out rather than an abrupt shut off. I wish it would be available as a sound machine and not with the clock combo. The clock is a bit bright and when I mistakenly select sound instead of buzz for the alarm - I never wake up. I am not sure why the sound that puts me to sleep would also wake me up. Finally, I have to agree with the other reviewers that setting of the time and/or the alarm is not easy. As a sound machine it is a 5 star, as a clock it is a 3 star so I gave it 4 starsCustomer Review: Sweet Sleep

The Oasis Sound Therapy System was well worth the money. I have been pleasantly surprised with all of the features and the machine's overall design. It is very easy to use, and the selection from the sound card that comes with the machine is excellent. I can truly feel "transported" at times. My favorite feature would have to be the alarm beep - I play the sounds throughout the entire night and am gently awakened by a faint beeping sound, a welcome change from the harsh scream of old alarm clocks. Setting the time on this clock is a royal pain in the neck. You hold down a button while it goes forward from midnight until it reaches the time you want. Should you go past the time you want, well, sit and wait and wait until it goes through 24 hours to get back to the time you want. That might not be a huge problem if you're using it as a bedside clock at home, but I was hoping to use it for travel (Two...two machines in one!). Bought this sound system to counter snoring well over two years ago and it has worked perfectly every night. Good selection of sound options (we use the waterfall on the Spa Retreat card). If you want something reliable that allows you to select options and sound level, this is a good one. Small enough (size of a large alarm clock) that we take it when we travel. Very satisfied with this product after doing a lot of research into white sound machines.
