When I took this, I did get a slight bit of extra energy but nothing to write home to mother about. I'm stumped though, and maybe someone can clarify this for me. One of Chlorophyll's benefits is supposed to be odor control. When I used some powdered Spirulina, I had no bowel movement odor. The spirulina was very dark green. Chlorella is supposed to be stronger than spirulina, but it did nothing by way of odor control. This is supposed to be a noticeable benefit. Btw, this stuff is expensive. This container will be far less than half full when you open it.
