These Source Naturals grapefruit seed tablets seem to work very well. I also like that they are fairly small and easy to take. I try to alternate some of the herbs and supplements (grapefruit seed extract, oil of oregano, candida cleanse, herbal parasite cleanser, etc.) I take so that I don't build up any type of resistance. I notice some die-off effects when I start back on these grapefruit seed tablets, so I know that they are definitely working. They seem to work better and release more toxins than oil of oregano for me. While the die-off symptoms are not pleasant, I know that they are a sign I am doing something right.
I would definitely recommend these to anybody looking for grapefruit seed extract (I also use their liquid form and other brands of liquid form for things such as cuts, skin problems, on my hair, as a cleanser for my dog's face/dishes after she eats raw meat, etc.)
