I have become a huge fan of grapefruit seed extract! Having recently completed 2 surgeries and 6 months of chemotherapy for ovarian cancer, my overall resistance and ability to fight off illnesses has been very challenging for me. I had been sick continually for the past two months up until 1 month ago. I had not heard of g.s.e. until my daughter shared a story about gse she had heard from a friend. I started taking it in the last month and can't begin to tell you how amazed I am at the improvement in my resistance. I live with my daughter and her family, my three year old grandson has brought home the stomach flu, and a severe cold in the past month and I have not gotten sick and everyone else in the house has been down and out with everything I just mentioned. I take it 3x a day. It is a concentrated syrup that you add to liquid. I had initially begun taking 15 drops mixed in with a shot size amount of sparkling water, this is exceptionally bitter. I would not recommend this. I now add it to a cranberry/grape juice and the bitterness is nowhere near as obvious. This is a great product! It has improved my life significantly.
