So I had been having problems with neck and shoulder pain for awhile now. Before deciding to take my chances with a chiropractor, I figured I would try a ma roller first.
It is great! It will delve right into the muscles and purge your body of knots! Came in a plastic bag, made of three different pieces of wood which gives it a cool design.
A really great tool, not too sure about trying it on other parts of the body.

The first thing I noticed when I tried out the Maxi Backsie was that it pressed hard against my spine, which I consider very bad, esp. for the lower spine. I wouldn't want to whittle it down, either, because there would not be enough wood to withstand much weight and it's made of two pieces. I'm quite thin; maybe a fat man wouldn't mind the pressure.Customer Review: Great!

Exactly what I was looking for. I had one of these in college but lost it while studying abroad. I'm glad I found another! I had been looking for one for years. These things work so well and really help relax my entire body by working just my back.

The spine aligner works great for me. The rubber rings will keep it from sliding, specially over carpet. The construction of the aligner is more sturdy than I expected. I'm very happy with this product and sice it arrived, I use it several times a week.Customer Review: Back Roller

I owned a similar roller back in the 70s and was very happy to find one on Amazon!
It is healthy for your back as it increases circulation. It releases tension, reducing the need for pain medication.
I highly recommend it!
