First as to the merchant, the product came promptly and packaged so as to protect what I bought.
Secondly, I love this tongue scrapper. After my dentist had recommended, I went to the drug store and bought one of the platsic ones they had. It worked ok but I thought that the part that touches your tongue was too wide. If it was half the size, then it would do a better job of cleaning the tongue as the tongue has that sort of line divider down the middle. :) and there was no real way to go down the middle of the tongue with the larger plastic one and actually clean well that part of the tongue. This tongue scrapper is maybe 1/4 the size smaller and so it fits perfectly down the right side of the tongue and then the left and really gets much more food/bacteria. Also, it is sturdier because it is metal, which I had read somewhere is actually a benefit against the bacteria but I can't remember why. I had never used a tongue scrapper before and thought: "WHY?" But it does make a difference in how clean my mouth tastes.
